Quote of the Week…

Quote of the week this week is...“Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” Seneca

You can call it luck, but we’re firm believers that most of what we may class as a ‘lucky coincidence’ can often be traced back to something we’ve done, an opportunity we’ve been open to, or a connection we’ve made.

If you keep creating things, and keep your eyes and ears open, ‘luck’ normally occurs.

Thanks to our buddy @thelizweston  of Weston Communications for reminding us of this one…

Quote of the week…

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” Albert Einstein

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
Albert Einstein
Ah, but Albert you really were a genius…
Seriously though, we love this quote.

Everyone is great at something, whether it’s quantum physics, caring for sick people, or just being a good listener.
You’ve just got to keep looking until you find your genius, and just as importantly, have the courage to pursue it when you find it…

Quote of the Week…

“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
– Michael Jordan

In honour of the fab ‘Pep-Talk’ by Kid President, this week’s quote of the week is from Michael Jordan.  I guess what he’s saying is, that if you don’t always do it right that’s no problem, because if you keep doing it you’ll always get a reward in the end…even if that’s just the joy of doing something you love…
